NANA'S PICALLILY RECIPE

When I was a kid, my grandmother lived down the road from us about a mile and a half away. We would walk over to spend the day with her and there were always good smells coming from her stove.  One of my favorite things that she would make is Piccalilly relish.  This was really good.  Haven't had it in YEARS, hadn't thought about it in years until recently when I asked my older sister, Roberta if she had the recipe.  Then last weekend, my younger sister, Mary was at Roberta's and they were going thru recipes.  Mary called me and said that she was looking at a recipe in Nana's handwriting.  I asked her to take a photo of it (cell phone was all she had, so not the best photo in the world!), but it reminded me of my grandmother.  It's been 15 years since she passed. I miss you, Nana!
